Increasing customer trust through a professional web resource
The main goal was to create a modern website that inspires trust from users within the first seconds of interaction. The design needed to convey the professionalism, reliability, and technological sophistication of the company, as well as contribute to a positive perception of the brand.
Intuitive and logical navigation for different audience segments
The site was supposed to offer a convenient user experience for both B2B audiences (management companies, operational managers) and B2C users (end consumers). The navigation was designed taking into account the differences in the motivations and needs of these groups.
Increase in the number of applications through digital channels
One of the key tasks is optimizing the sales funnel through the website. For this, effective CTA elements, feedback forms, and sections were created that encourage user interaction.
